Please watch your email for your receipt and emails with more information about your new Learning program.
To add new Learners, there are a number of questions we ask about each person. This gives us information about a number of compliance requirements and what development paths to assign folks to. So while it can take a little time to get folks added, after that, you just need to let us know of any changes in roles, responsibilities, locations for anyone on your team.
Ok! Please check your email which will contain your COMPANY ID and COMPANY NAME. These will need to be entered into each profile to ensure association with the correct organization. (Sometimes companies, not only franchises, can have the same name.) Any new learners or changes to learners MUST use the correct COMPANY ID and COMPANY NAME (as provided).
Your email will also contain a link to a page for adding new learners, as well as to where you can make changes to a learner's profile and learning paths.
Please fill out a new form for each employee, intern, external client, etc.
You will receive monthly reports with information about activity of your team. We will also reach out each month to help you get the most out of your subscription and see if there are ways we can better meet your expectations.
